An introduction to trauma and how it shows up in our clients
This live workshop is designed for coaches, medical professionals and all those who hold sacred space.
Participants will learn to understand the difference between a traumatic incident and PTSD, how to identify the hallmarks of a traumatic reactions, and how the “rule of two” can wake up previously dormant traumatic experiences.
The workshop will also offer simple techniques for managing traumatic reactivity in the moment, and ways of caring for all of the body’s rhythms and systems to bring long term healing and resilience.
This course has 3 ICF-approved Continuing Education credits.

Becoming trauma-informed in your practice
This 8-week deep-dive class is open to those who have attended the Trauma Healing 101 introductory workshop (see above) and want to go deeper into their understanding and treatment of trauma in their practice. Participants will earn the designation of “trauma-informed” on completion of this course.
This course has up to 20 ICF-approved Continuing Education credits.

Mastering your trauma healing practices
This 7-week practical course is open to those who have completed Trauma Healing 201 who want to hone their mastery of trauma-healing practices. Each 120-minute class will feature a live demonstration between the instructor and a participant designed to highlight the topic of the week and the flexible application of the tools available. Participants are also encouraged to work with practice partners and will receive continuing education credit for doing so. At the end of the course, participants will earn the designation of “Trauma-Qualified”.
This course has up to 20 ICF-approved Continuing Education credits.

This year-long mentorship program is open to those who have completed Trauma Healing 202 and are seeking ongoing support as they deepen their work in the trauma healing space.
