Ask & Receive is Jane’s favorite Energy Psychology practice, which starts by identifying a desired intention. Intentions may range from being able to feel calm and at peace in one’s body (instead of riddled with anxiety, for example) to being able to find a new job, have a better relationship, or even to sleep soundly through the night.
Once the intention is established, Jane uses either muscle testing or a body sensation approach to identify the blocks that are standing in the way. Often those blocks are limiting beliefs that have been with us since we were small. Others are unhealed traumas, or reactions to unhealed traumas that we developed to keep ourselves safe.
Once a trauma or limiting belief is identified, the Ask & Receive practice uses a series of healing and empowerment scripts to clear it, moving through any adverse experiences that have kept us from fully living into our intention.
Depending on the nature of the trauma identified, Jane may also incorporate tapping and EMDR where necessary. Work continues until all the blocks are cleared and the client can fully “own” their intention. The practice is not only highly efficient, but clears traumas gently and without any need to “re-live” what happened. By the end of the session, clients report feeling empowered and at peace with themselves.
