Service Menu Overview
All sessions are 55-mins in length and take place by secure video-link from wherever you are in the world. Options available include:
- one-time, standalone sessions
- 3-5 session contracts
- ongoing contracts where clients meet weekly or every other week for a period of six months to a year

Therapeutic Coaching & EMDR: $275 intake, $200 thereafter
