Minnesota-based clients seeking therapy may be able to receive insurance reimbursement for services. Jane is in network with Aetna, PreferredOne and Cigna and will accept co-pays.
Jane also has a peripheral relationship with HealthPartners. The majority of HealthPartners subscribers receive a discount, bringing the average session rate down to around $130 until the out of network deductible is met. Only HealthPartners employer self-insured plans, such as those offered by Wells Fargo and 3M, are covered with a copay. Note that HealthPartners Advantage plans do not offer any coverage at all: services will be entirely out of pocket at the full rate.
All other insurance companies (BCBS, UnitedHealth, Medica, UCare etc.) are out of network. Clients pay the full session fee at the time of their session. Jane will submit the session to insurance who will reimburse the client directly according to their plan.
Please note that Jane’s services are NOT covered by Medical Assistance or Medicare plans, including those administered by HealthPartners.
