A profound process that takes you back in time and space to witness and resource your own birth story. Healing is offered energetically to your pre-nate self, your birth mom, and all others involved in your arrival — releasing patterns held in the body from the very beginning.

• People who were adopted or lost a parent early
• Women exploring maternal-line patterns
• Pregnant women clearing their story so it isn’t unconsciously replayed during their own birth experience

Note: Healing the Birth Story is a powerful process designed for clients who have done coaching or therapy before. Clients new to therapy or coaching, and those who are new to working with Jane, are encouraged to start with a One-time Healing Session to ease into the work.

Just like the body, the brain needs first-aid too. But it can take time to get in with a therapist. So if something horrific happens, book a pay-as-you-can first-aid session right away. I’ll unfreeze your brain, de-vividize the most shocking parts, settle your nervous system and get you sleeping through the night while you shore up more permanent support. (Note that this is designed for events within the last 6 weeks. For events that took place earlier than that, book a One-time healing session instead).
