What Is a One-Time Healing Session?

A One-time healing session is a standalone 55-minute private pay session. 

We go after one thing: the specific issue, reaction, or situation that's troubling you right now. 

Think of it like a chiropractic adjustment for your heart, mind, and soul. We hone in on the root of the pain, gently release it, and get you moving again with greater ease and a sense of peace in your being.

Who is a One-Time Healing Session good for?

Many people book a one-time healing session because they just have one thing they want help with. Some are new to working with me and want to get a feel for how I work before committing to something longer. Others are simply too overwhelmed to do a full therapeutic intake right now, or just want to start somewhere small and manageable.

And if you don't have a perfectly articulated problem, that's completely fine.
We just start with what's showing up for you.

Here's What Actually Happens

People come in carrying something that feels too big, too stuck, or too embarrassing to still be an issue.

Within a single session, that thing loses its grip. Not because we talked it to death.
Because we went straight to the root and cleared it where it actually lives:

The Body
Where the distress lives physically… tension, tightness, activation

The Nervous System
Where old threat responses still fire as if it's happening now

The Belief System
Formed long before you had the language for any of it

The memory will still be there if you go looking for it, but it'll feel distant and settled rather than raw and consuming. Right-sized, as I like to say. 

The Session Ends.
The Healing Doesn't.

The work doesn't stop when we say goodbye.

In the hours and days after a session, your system is still integrating, processing, settling, and making sense of what shifted. You might feel a little tired, unusually calm, or notice that you're thinking about things differently without quite knowing why.

That's normal. It means the work is landing.

To help it along, I'll send you off with a few simple instructions.

Eat something grounding and comforting. Think soup, not salad.

And give it a few hours before you try to analyze what happened or explain it to anyone else.

The thinking brain loves to get involved too early. Let the work settle first. Some things just need to be felt before they can be explained.

The Method Behind the Magic

 

Everything I do is grounded in one core principle:

Whatever you're reacting to today makes complete sense in the light of what has happened to you before. Nothing is random or broken.

Every pattern, every trigger, every outsized reaction is your system doing exactly what it learned to do to keep you safe.

My job is to figure out where that learning came from, decide with you whether it's still useful, and update it if it's not. This kind of single-session work works because of this precision.

We're not casting a wide net, we're following one thread all the way to its source.

My starting point is always the same: what are you feeling in your body when you think about the issue, and how big is it on a scale of zero to ten. From there, we follow the thread wherever it leads.

When we connect, I'm listening for the pattern underneath the presenting issue.

→ Perhaps a limiting belief that's been running the show?
→ Or a nervous system that's never felt quite safe in the body?

Each of these has a different pathway through, and I know which one to take. Throughout our session I'll keep checking in with how you're feeling, adjusting the approach if something isn't landing, and making sure we're getting the best possible movement in the time we have.
