This 2 hour live introductory workshop is designed for therapists, coaches, and other professionals in the healing space. The course provides an introduction to understanding and working with parts of the self - whether we call them inner critics, saboteurs, introjects or soul parts needing retrieval.
Objectives
- Name the most essential goal of parts work
- Name the four components necessary for parts work to be successful
- Describe the difference between a traumatized part and a protector part
Continuing Education
- 2 hours of CEUs for mental health professionals
- 2 hours of ICF CCEUs for coaches (including 1 Core Competency and 1 Resource Development credit)
PARTS II
October 6 - November 10 | Tuesday, 9:30-11:30am Pacific time

Pre-requisites:
- Healing the Parts I
- Trauma Healing 201 (or therapist trauma certification equivalent*).
You have to know how to work with trauma to properly integrate parts!
*An equivalent therapist trauma certification means a body-centered modality such as EMDR, somatic experiencing, EFT, ART or AIT).
6 Week Program:
- Week One: Getting to know your parts & tapping tools
- Week Two: Parts Work through the lens of trauma and dissociation
- Week Three: Working with Dissociation, Panic, Anger and Fear
- Week Four: Working with Rejection, Shame, Introjects, and Inner critics
- Week Five: Conceptualizing abuse, self-harm and suicidal ideation
- Week Six: Pre-Natal Parts, Infant Parts & Soul Parts: issues of abandonment, belonging and ambivalence
Objectives:
- Demonstrate an embodiment practice to desensitize immediate distress
- Demonstrate an embodiment practice to acknowledge and settle all of the parts of the self
- Learn how to apply the process to progressively more complex situations, from anger, to shame to prenatal and dissociated parts
- Name the additional considerations for clients with self-harming or suicidal tendencies
Continuing Education
- 18 hours of CEUs for mental health professionals
- 18 hours of ICF CCEUs for coaches (including 6 Core Competency and 12 Resource Development credits)
