How's Your Sleep?
Did you know that over 850 million people worldwide are estimated to struggle with sleep issues?
This on-demand practical live workshop is designed for therapists, coaches, medical professionals and all of us who work with humans to understand how to assess and address sleep issues in our clients and in ourselves.Ā
The workshop teaches how how to ask the right sleep questions, and then what to do with the answers, including what you can work with, how to work with it, and which concerns require additional support.
We coverĀ everything you need to know about sleep, including chronotypes, the process of memory consolidation, tissue regeneration and the four stages of sleep we need. We also introduce the four common categories of sleep issues, namely:
- Circadian rhythm disruptions
- Trauma and safety-related patterns
- Purpose, achievement, and connection challenges
- Medical and life stage factors
Finally we'llĀ look at the underlying dynamics within each category and explore some light-touch, effective, easy-to-implementĀ interventions you can begin using right away with your clients and in your own life.
