How's Your Sleep?
This is a practical live workshop that looks at sleep beyond standard “sleep hygiene” advice, focusing instead on what’s actually driving sleep issues for you and your clients.
Using the metaphor of the brain as a library, we’ll explore how sleep supports memory, emotional processing, and learning—and what happens when that process is disrupted.
You’ll learn how to assess sleep in a simple, effective way, including how to ask useful questions and identify when sleep concerns may be impacting progress or require additional support.
The workshop introduces four common categories of sleep issues:
- Circadian rhythm disruptions
- Trauma and safety-related patterns
- Purpose, achievement, and connection challenges
- Medical and life stage factors
We’ll also look at the underlying dynamics within each category and explore practical interventions you can begin using right away.
